As we grow to support our customers, support is sometimes sought.

Ethical Trade Freelance Associate or Support (part time)

We train and advise companies and investors to understand Supply Chain Environmental and Social standards including Ethical Trade. As such, at times Ethical Trade expertise is sought for various projects or training.

Environmental Sustainability in supply chains Freelance Associate (part time)

Our Founder holds an MSc Environmental Management from Imperial College-SOAS and has worked and advised on global supply chains environmental risk management. Nevertheless, as we grow, expertise and support for our training and advisory to companies and investors to understand Supply Chain Environmental and Social standards is sometimes sought.

About Us

Our Founder Kate Larsen has worked in a top luxury fashion brand, a Silicon Valley Tech firm, a leading US retailer, for Human Rights Watch, led projects for the World Bank, to end modern slavery and with charities like Unseen, NGOs, and trained Investors and business, in China, Hong Kong, Japan, and across Asia, the USA and around the world.

We now apply that experience in advising business and initiatives for change and need your help.

What We Do:

We are a growing advisory on Ethical Trade, Responsible Sourcing and Sustainability in supply chains SupplyESChange (Supply Chains Environmental and Social Change). We apply experience in Corporate Responsibility leadership roles in leading fashion brands like Burberry and living and working in China and Asia.

We are launching Online Courses for audiences of

  • Procurement managers new to emerging business and human rights due diligence in supply chains laws and expectations, and

  • Investors interested in better ESG (Environmental Social governance) of companies they invest in.

With an international network of Associate colleagues, our Founder is based in HoHouse, Newquay, Cornwall. Our Associates, my colleagues (in the USA and Asia) have worked in Nike, Columbia, PVH (Calvin Klein brand owner), and more. Our Founder has led projects on ethical trade, sustainability, and women’s empowerment projects engaging ASOS, for Kering (Gucci) group, with Puma, Adidas, Northface, Patagonia, M&S, Tesco, and more.
